What health services do people in Scotland want to access online?

NHS Scotland are currently doing a survey of patients, service users and carers to help find out what kind of health services they might like to access via the Internet.  For example, would people like:

    • more convenient ways of booking appointments with various parts of the NHS?
    • being able to look up information which explains test results and medication, with guidance for self-management of conditions?
    • a place to record their own notes and measurements to do with conditions, for a doctor or nurse to see later.

NHS Scotland are inviting people in Scotland to complete their anonymous survey which is available at: https://response.questback.com/nhsgreaterglasgowandclyde/od4ycxtydj  .

They will look to draw on the survey’s results (of people’s preferences) as they further develop internet-based health services.
