How can you ensure that your information is clear, relevant, accurate, balanced, evidence-based, up-to-date – and right first time?
The health and care information provided for patients and carers across England can vary greatly in terms of quality and reliability, leading to much frustration for users and a lot of extra unnecessary cost and work for the producers and providers of health information.
So PiF is delighted to have been asked by the Information Standard to deliver a series of critical events focusing on key criteria you must meet in order to create quality health information resources, and achieve The Information Standard certification for your public-facing, health and care information.
These definitive events will use case studies and an innovative open-space format to provide delegates with a deeper understanding of a range of creative approaches they can use in their work, as well as the opportunity to exchange ideas and experience with other health information producers. This format will help to ensure that all voices are heard and all questions are covered in just one interactive yet highly targeted day.
The first two events are now open for booking, please select the links below for full agenda and registration details:
- Understanding patient experience and meeting audience needs: Manchester, 1 December
- Understanding patient experience and meeting audience needs: London, 4 December
