Panic Aid is an innovative iPhone App designed by Dr Joost Drost, Consultant Clinical Psychologist from the North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, to provide support for those suffering from panic attacks, anxiety or stress. The App can be used to support other treatments, but can also be used as a stand alone, self-help tool. Offering an initial relaxation exercise, the Panic Aid then explains how anxiety and stress affect your body and your thoughts. Through various breathing & relaxation exercises it will help you deal with anxiety symptoms & panic attacks as they happen.
