Reviewing health information: a new service from PiF

The Sounding Board is a brand new service from PiF offering organisations the opportunity to have the information resources they produce reviewed by expert members of PiF.

External review and feedback is invaluable part of improving the quality and accessibility of health information. The Sounding Board provides a convenient way for organisations to access comprehensive feedback from experienced peers working in the health information sector.

If you are developing a new resource, or updating an existing one, the service will provide comment on quality and accessibility, including readability, relevance, format, content and user involvement, plus other specific areas of interest.

PiF has established a carefully selected panel of consumer health information professionals who can provide expert comment and feedback on your resources. Each Sounding Board reviewer is a PiF member with significant experience of creating high quality consumer health information. They work in the NHS, charities, government agencies, professional associations, royal colleges and commercial organisations.

More information about the service, including how it works and how much it costs, can be found on the PiF website here.

Discounted rates available until the end of September 2014!
