We’re Anthony Nolan and we save the lives of people with blood cancer who need a stem cell transplant.
We’re unique. Thanks to the incredible donors on our register, our pioneering research and our passionate fundraisers, we give the chance of life to three people a day.
But we won’t stop there. We want to be there for everyone who needs a transplant; from finding a match, through every step of a patient’s transplant journey. And together we can reach the remarkable day when we can save the lives of everyone with blood cancer.
And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Senior Patient Services and Information Manager to join our Patient Services Team.
This is an exciting new role in the Patient Services Team. We need the right person to lead Anthony Nolan’s rapidly developing patient information and support services. This person will have overall responsibility for the production of patient information, for the safe running of our direct patient services (e.g. Peer Support, phone support and financial grants) and to continually horizon scan for opportunities that will allow us to plan future resource and support provision.
The right candidate will have significant experience in the production and evaluation of patient information in all formats, understand the opportunities and challenges of providing direct services for patients and their families and have a thorough appreciation of the unique challenges currently being faced in Health and Social Care. Team management experience is also required as well as demonstrable advanced communication skills.
