    We are looking for someone capable of defining and developing excellence in MS Society servicesand developing our innovation of new services.Reporting to the Executive Director Services & Support, the Head of Quality & Innovation will be a key member of the leadership team with a proven track record in developing innovation strategy and managing quality.

    We are looking for someone with a proven track record in developing volunteering strategy that successfully builds organisational capacity and the quality of experience for volunteers.   Reporting to the Executive Director Services & Support, theHead of Volunteering will have a proven track record of success in leadership in an environment of comparable size and complexity.
