- Salary: £55,000 per annum
- Location: NAM’s office is based in Kings Cross, London
- Hours: 35 hours per week, though part-time working will also be considered (not fewer than four days per week)

We are recruiting for a new Executive Director. This role provides a rich and exciting leadership opportunity within this constantly evolving and dynamic sector.
The post holds responsibility for sustaining and developing the charity in order to maximise its effectiveness in meeting its mission. The successful applicant will also be able to attract new income to support NAM’s longer term development.
The post will suit someone with substantial experience of senior management in an organisation, including strategy development and staff leadership. A successful track record in generating income is also essential.

The Executive Director leads a team of eight staff, seven of whom are part-time, supported by a number of freelance contractors.
