We are the oldest and largest blood stem cell register in the UK with over 450,000 registered donors. Every day, we match remarkable people willing to donate their stem cells with others desperately in need of lifesaving transplants. We are now looking for a Head of Patient Experience to join our busy Communications and Marketing team.
As Head of Patient Experience, you will develop Anthony Nolan’s ‘offer to patients’ including services that we provide and coordinate ways that they can get involved with our work. You will help the organisation to better understand patient needs and how we as a charity improve patient experience.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have an excellent working knowledge of the NHS. You will be a proven manager, with the ability to motivate your team to deliver the best possible outcomes at all times.
