We are a national charity whose purpose is to improve life for everyone affected by Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
These lifelong and debilitating conditions affect over 300,000 people in the UK with nearly half of those being diagnosed each year under the age of 29. Our work covers a broad range of activities designed to achieve a better quality of life, improve support and services and, ultimately, find a cure.
We are looking to recruit an additional Information Officer who will support the development of our helpline services. The successful candidate will work within the Information Team to offer information and support via our digital platforms, as well as by telephone.
Following a recent pilot, the Information Team will be offering LiveChat to increase the opportunity for people affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) to receive information and support. This will be an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead this development and support our forum moderation.
If you are keen to join a team who offer direct support to people living with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis via digital platforms, this could be the opportunity for you.
