Crohn’s and Colitis UK are a national charity whose purpose is to improve life for everyone affected by Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. These lifelong and debilitating conditions affect over 300,000 people in the UK with nearly half of those being diagnosed each year under the age of 29. Their work covers a broad range of activities designed to achieve a better quality of life, improve support and services and, ultimately, find a cure.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and proactive manager to lead our dedicated team of paid staff and volunteers as we expand our helpline services. The successful candidate will work within the Information and Support Services directorate and play a leading role in the development of a range of service delivery platforms and information management systems.
The Helplines Manager will also be a member of our joint management team, contributing to the leadership, planning and implementation of the Charity’s new five-year strategy, ‘Delivering Greatest Impact’.
