This is an exciting, challenging opportunity and ideal for someone with a proven track record in developing and managing high quality information and emotional support via a helpline.
As Head of Helpline Services, you’ll lead the operational delivery of our helpline service – reaching over 17,000 people a year through a team of outstanding staff and volunteers. You’ll also lead the development of new telephone-delivered support services to expand our reach and impact for people living with MS.
We offer 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) a 35 hour working week, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.
