NICE are running a workshop on Thursday 26th November 2015 at the NICE offices in Central London. The workshop will run from 9.45am until 3.45pm.
The workshop is aimed at patient, carer, service user and voluntary organisations who are unfamiliar with the range of NICE products and processes or would like to be updated on new developments.
The workshop will cover:
- Introduction to NICE – who we are, what we do, how we fit into the wider NHS, public health and social care sectors
- What guidance does NICE produce? Interactive session exploring NICE’s different types of guidance, standards and advice
- How can the public get involved with, engage and help shape NICE’s work?
- Voluntary and community sector organisations’ perspectives: What is it like to engage with NICE as a stakeholder representing the public?
