If you require information about our publications or your order, please email or call 07813 143 384 and we will be pleased to help.

If the product you want is not in stock or has not yet been published, you can place an order, but please email or call 07813 143 384 to do so.

Postage and packing

Postage and packing is included in the cost of shipping.

Cancelling an order

You have the right to cancel your order before you have received the goods, or within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel your order within this time you will be fully refunded. If you wish to cancel your order email, stating your name and address, the goods you have ordered and the date you placed your order.

We hope that you will understand that since we are a non-for profit organisation and need to control our costs, our policy is not to refund return postage in these circumstances. You will receive email instructions on how to return your item and the refund process.

Returns policy

If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them, or do not match the description given, simply return your order to us (postal address below), with a covering note including your name and organisation, and the date you purchased the goods.  We will replace it or refund the full cost of the item, and refund the cost of return postage.
