Communicating risk – your views wanted!

In 2015, following a literature review and consultation with our members, PIF published best practice guidance on how to clearly communicate risk on health information.

We will be presenting a poster about the project at the Health Literacy Conference in Glasgow next month.

Your input and feedback were invaluable in developing this best practice. And as part of creating our poster we are asking information producers to share with us how you currently communicate risk, how useful our best practice is, and what other resources or activities would support your work in this area.

We have set up a short survey here, where you can share your views and experiences. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

The deadline for taking part is 28 February.

We will publish from the survey results and a link to the poster – which will include data from this survey – in March.

We will also use the results to inform our activities around supporting the clear communication of risk in health information.

Thank you for your time and contributions!
