Anne was appointed to the PIF Board, as a Non-Executive Director, in September 2016.
Anne has over 25 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry and now runs her own consultancy business. With over 10 years’ experience as a board member, she brings a wealth of experience in setting strategy and delivering measurable improvement in outcomes.
Anne has a science background and has spent her career within the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked at senior board level for over 10 years at Roche and Takeda gaining extensive operational experience in shaping strategy, vision and the performance of organisations.
Working within this industry has necessitated a strong understanding and involvement with the NHS its policies and procedures and clarity on the importance of healthcare information. Anne has a strong marketing and communications background and a keen interest in developing ,delivering and measuring outcomes from value propositions.
Anne has a number of professional interests such as how you develop, grow and measure capability within an organisation and has designed and implemented a number of development programmes. She has also been involved at a company level in change management programmes and how to implement change to best effect.
On a personal note Anne is a mentor for the Princes Trust and works on a voluntary basis with young people as part of Talent Match she is also taking a qualification in NLP, which hopes will assist in this role and others. In addition she is part of her local CCG patient participation group.
