Tender for the production of ‘How to Guides’ for the Patient Information Forum
24 September 2009
News > Job advertisements
PiF has developed a workshop programme for its members, which provides an opportunity to learn about key topics in consumer health information and share good practice. For example, recent workshops include those on producing information for children and appraising health information. A summary of the presentations and discussions is made available to PiF members after the event.
Where sponsorship has been secured PiF is committed to developing written guides to address the workshop topics. The guides will have as their core the sessions and discussions from the workshop but will take a wider and more detailed look at the subject area. This enables learning from the event to be disseminated much more widely and in greater depth to other PiF members and to the wider consumer health information community.
