This report is an analysis of the 2004-05 survey of the operations and performance of NHS libraries. The survey is intended as a means of helping library managers to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of their service, to highlight any aspects with room for improvement and to exploit any areas which show potential for development.
The survey was conducted by LISU at Loughborough University.
