Patient Information Conference: Getting Better Together

In 'Better Health, Better Care’ the Scottish Government made a commitment to ensuring that patients, carers and the public have the information they need. People will have information which is clear, accurate, up to date, accessible and available where and when they need it.

At this conference Nicola Sturgeon, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing will launch the National Health Information and Support Service which allows staff, patients, carers and the public to discuss and share practice on the development and provision of information.

The conference is supported by NHS 24, the Scottish Health Council and PiF.

Workshops will include:
