The Association for Healthcare Communications & Marketing (AHCM) is now taking bookings for two training courses which offer expert tuition around media and communications and PR. MA Health Communication Design and online courses

Applications are now open for the MA Health Communication Design online course at Coventry University. The course will give you experience in creating, evaluating and managing health information that meets the needs of users. Two other modules are available - Usability and Accessibility and Health Communication Design. All courses are part-time, can be studied online and start in September.

Encephalitis seminar

This Seminar presents current studies that contribute to a fuller understanding of encephalitis. There will be poster presentations on the theme of the Seminar, followed by Drinks Reception. The seminar takes place on November 29th at the Wellcome Centre in London.

Lecture: Risk, Risk Taking and Health

This is a guest lecture from Coventry University's MA Health Communication Design course. The lecturer is Dr Mike Titterton, a social work trainer and consultant based in Edinburgh, who has worked with the topic of risk as a developmental consultant in health promotion. Places are limited and booking is essential. The lecture takes place on June 1st in Coventry.
