This workshop, from the National Library for Health Consumer Health Information was titled Completing the Jigsaw of Consumer Health Information provision: what is the role of the National Library for Health?
The aim of the workshop was to scope out the respective roles of the digital National Library for Health and of health librarians around the country, in order to develop improved partnership working with other key players in the provision of information to patients and the public. Key speakers included Sir Muir Gray, Director of the National Library for Health and
Bob Gann, Head of Strategy & Engagement, NHS Choices.
Bob Gann's presentation, plus those from other speakers are now available to download. They include talks on NHS Direct, the National Library for Health, health promotion and Health Information Partnerships.
