Health Literacy - Making the most of health
Wednesday 24 - Friday 26 February 2010, London South Bank University's Keyworth Centre
The Health Literacy Research Group (UK), hosted at London South Bank University, is running this three-day conference. The conference will feature a range of International Experts in the field of Health Literacy and will explore its importance to health, schools, businesses and communities. A draft programme coming soon, but conference topics include:
- Concepts and definitions of Health Literacy
- HL and health
- HL and lifestyle: supporting informed lifestylechoices
- The costs of HL to the NHS and to employers
- HL and lifelong learning
- HL and communities

* Relevant voluntary and charity groups
