This interactive day-long course is aimed at marketing and communications managers, press managers and heads of communication and media departments. A high profile interview can either bolster your organisation's reputation or obliterate it. Alongside vital class-based guidance on the art of the flawless interview, this course may push the limits of your comfort zone with realistic interview practice. However, it will ensure future interviews when the cameras are really rolling are no longer a daunting prospect.

- Handling difficult questions with confidence

- Tips for radio, television and telephone.
