Carer needed for advisory group
03 September 2009
News > PiF membership news
PiF's new Advisory Group meets for the first time this month (September 29th) and we still have a vacancy for a carer on the group. The groups remit is to keep abreast of consumer health developments at both membership and policy levels and to use that expertise to advise the Strategy Group and Operations Board about future services and policy developments. In essence the group feeds information from the 'grass roots' into the work and future services of the organisation.
The group has a service user already and needs a carer to add that important perspective to the discussions and ensure that we meet the needs of those who care for others.
If you are a carer for someone yourself please come and join us, or pass the information on to friends or family.
