Justin Wilkes

For the past 15 years I have been a director of Spink Consumer Relations, a specialist healthcare agency providing PR campaigns and strategic marketing advice for a variety of companies and individuals in the pharmaceutical, surgical and anaesthetic sectors. The agency is now based in West Sussex, after having been in central London for the past 10 years, and, whilst our business is focused on national clients and campaigns, we are currently linking up with local PCTs to promote a greater understanding of PR and branding in the health promotion process.

I am currently Chair of the new Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ (CIPR) Health and Medical Group, with a remit of establishing and growing the Group and improving links between those responsible for communications in the NHS, pharmaceutical industry, medical research and patient bodies.
