Hilary Baseley

Hilary has broad healthcare experience in the Pharmaceutical, self medication and retail sectors. She has developed strong strategic partnerships for The Boots Company, including a complex project exploring how Boots could partner with the NHS. She has also raised independent finance to creatively fund a Consortium of companies to run an electronic prescribing pilot with Peterborough PCT, with strong patient engagement.

Hilary has expertise in conducting research with patients in support of service improvements. She is skilled in qualitative research methodologies, development of self management and patient education programmes, run by Pharmacists and other health professionals.  She has managed a series of health information projects to produce innovative, engaging training for health professionals including patient experience workshops and toolkits.

Hilary has been appointed Strategy Group Marketing Lead for the Patient Information Forum.  Previously she was a Strategic Advisor to Asthma UK and has completed a Health Leadership Programme at Cambridge University which focused on public private partnerships.
