Patient Information Forum

PiF Partners

The Patient Information Forum is a not for profit organisation that relies on the support of its members to carry out its work.

PiF Partner membership is a mutually beneficial relationship that enables the Partner member organisation and PiF to grow and develop.  PiF Partner membership is a bespoke arrangement that takes account of an organisation's specific needs as well as providing them with a core set of benefits.  Any organisation that complements PiF's vision, values and services can apply to become a PiF Partner.

Our Partners are listed here.  All of the organisations listed help PiF in a number of ways, by donating their expertise, time and resources as well as supporting us financially.

If you wish to find out more about working with PiF please contact Mark Duman at president@pifonline.org.uk

National Social Marketing Centre

Social marketing is an adaptable approach, increasingly being used to achieve and sustain behaviour goals on a range of social issues.  Its primary aim is to achieve a particular 'social good' (rather than commercial benefit), with clearly defined behavioural goals.

The National Social Marketing Centre (NSMC) is a strategic partnership between the Department of Health in England and Consumer Focus (formerly the National Consumer Council). The centre's mission is to build capacity and skills in social marketing at strategic and operational levels. The Centre also works with people to find ways to address behavioural challenges and assist them to improve the effectiveness of behavioural interventions.
